1.      ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By purchasing an e-book from Wellness with Anna Whyte, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and agree to be bound by these terms of service.

2.      DIGITAL PRODUCT PURCHASE AND DELIVERY

By purchasing an e-book from Wellness with Anna Whyte, you agree to these terms. All e-books are digital products delivered electronically via download link to the email address provided at checkout. You are responsible for downloading your e-book within 30 days of purchase. After this period, download links may expire. If you don't receive the email with the download link - check your spam or contact info@wellnesswithanna.co.uk for support.  

    3.      LICENSE GRANT

    Upon purchase, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal license to access and use the e-book. This license is for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may download and store the e-book on your personal devices for your own reference.

    4.      RESTRICTIONS

    You may NOT:

    • Share, distribute, or resell the e-book
    • Copy or reproduce the e-book for distribution to others
    • Modify, adapt, or create derivative works from the e-book
    • Use the content for commercial purposes
    • Remove any copyright or proprietary notices

    5.      INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
    All content within the e-book, including text, images, graphics, and design, is owned by Wellness with Anna Whyte and protected by copyright laws. We retain all rights, title, and interest in the e-book.

    6.      REFUND POLICY
    Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. Once you have received access to download the e-book, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges. Please ensure you review the e-book description carefully before purchase. See separate refund policy for more information.

    7.      TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS

    E-books are provided in PDF format. You are responsible for ensuring you have compatible software and devices to access the files.

    LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    The e-book is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Wellness with Anna Whyte shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the e-book.

    These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
