Refund policy

No refunds available on digital downloads. Once purchase is complete, you receive immediate access to download the product. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable once the download link has been provided.  

By purchasing and downloading, customers waive their right to cancel. Customers have access to product description ahead of purchase, to learn more about the product and make a decision about purchasing.
Of course, in exceptional circumstances – if the sent file does not work or has been sent incorrectly, we can arrange a resend or discuss a refund in circumstances that a resend is not possible.
